Material certificate according to Standard which regulate pressure vessel for LPG and others, material must be min P355GH and similar. The material must have P indication which shows it is the only most suitable material for LPG use.

Radiographic control is done by certificated technician by third party or BUET · Nozzle-tank and manhole welding controlled · Each tank will be applied hydrostatic test comply with standard · Clean and fresh water will be used · Water temperature will be above 15 C · After hydrostatic test tank inside will be purified from water · All fittings and connections will be check by foam
TANK PAINT
. All burrs, dust and oils etc. will be cleaned from tank outer surface before paint. · Surface preparation and roughness quality will be SA 2 ½ · Grey Epoxy prime cover at 80-100 micron. 2 coats · Second 80–100-micron barrier layer, 2 coat.
. Finish 50-60micron acrylic polyurethane · Total paint will be in between 220-280micron · Color: White/ RAL 9016 · Quality proven paint brands (Berger/Kansai-Nerolac) are used · Liquid pipe line will be white and gas pipe line will be yellow
